El Espejo de la Crítica
Al ponernos en una posición de superioridad moral —actuando como si nuestras acciones fueran perfectas— levantamos un muro que impide la verdadera conexión en la relación.
El matrimonio no es un tribunal donde uno es el juez y el otro el acusado. Es un viaje de dos personas imperfectas deciden caminar, aprender y crecer juntas. Para que el otro escuche, a veces el primer paso no es levantar la voz ni el dedo acusador, sino bajar la guardia y reconocer nuestras propias fallas.
La razón no se impone con ataques; sino con respeto, empatía y vulnerabilidad.
Creer que siempre tenemos la razón impide el aprendizaje y crecimiento mutuo.
La critica y la acusación funciona como leña para el fuego. En vez de solucionar la discusión, provoca que la ira de tu cónyuge aumente, convirtiendo un pequeño desacuerdo en una gran pelea.
Recordemos lo que Proverbios 15:1 nos dice: “La respuesta amable calma la ira, pero la agresiva provoca el enojo.”
La mejor manera de producir cambios en nuestros cónyuges es invitándolos a entender nuestras emociones, no señalándolo
